SAFARI OPERATORS
ASSOSIATION OF ZIMBABWE
The Safari Operators Association of Zimbabwe (SOAZ) and its affiliated organizations play a key role in regulating and promoting ethical practices in the tourism and safari industries within Zimbabwe. Membership requires that operators comply with strict legal and professional standards, ensuring that visitors are engaging with reputable and responsible service providers. This includes having licensed professional guides, hunters, and couriers who are familiar with Zimbabwe’s legal frameworks and wildlife management practices. For tourists, verifying that a safari operator is a member of SOAZ and related organizations is a good indicator of the quality and legality of their services.
